Concept/Frege: the "concept horse is not a concept". Searle: "concept" is used in the language in a double sense. The "concept horse" can be the grammatical subject but not the predicate of a sentence. The property of being a horse is in itself no ascription of a property. Property predicates do not mean the property. >Predicates/Searle.
Frege, the "concept horse" is not a concept in itself (but an object) and self-ascription of a property is not a property.
