Def Transcendent truth/Field: across languages​​: e.g. "snow is white" would not be true if "white" meant "green".
Def Inherently true/immanence/truth/Quine/Field: "true" is used here only in his own language and in it the Tarski schema is considered necessary. - This is not exactly Quine's proposal.
