Interpretation/Action/Explanation/Davidson/Glüer: an action can only be interpreted if it can be described as part of a rational structure.
This also applies to language action. Therefore, actions are linked with propositional attitudes. - Every action is an interpreted action.
Important point: therefore it is not an empirical question whether an acting person is rational. - ((s) Because it is assumed.)
An event that cannot be described in the language of propositional attitudes is not an action ((s) because it cannot be interpreted).
