Stegmüller VI 3ff
Skepticism/Hume/Stegmüller: "implicit" skepticism: exists only in terms of necessity. This is also shared by Wittgenstein.
"Skeptical Solution"/Hume: "the problem does not exists" or regularity and types instead particulars.
"Radical" skepticism/hyper-skepticism: there is no fact which decides what we mean, and therefore none that underlies our meaningful speech or mathematical knowledge (WittgensteinVs).
>Nonfactualism.
Wittgenstein: question: Wherin lies the fact 1. that I follow this rule, 2. that I mean something specific when using a word, 3. that I have acquired a term?
>Skepticism/Wittgenstein, >Certainty.
