Weakening/attenuation/law/logic/Conditional/Fraassen:
1st A > B -
2nd A and C > B
On the other hand everyday language: here no weakening: E.g. ...if the match would have been additionally immersed in water... - (tacit ceteris paribus condition) - (weakening/((s): what follows from n premises follows also from n +1 premises).
This applies in logic, but not in everyday language.
