Truth/Meixner: truth is the actuality of propositions, not the actuality of facts.
>Propositions, >States of affairs, >Levels/order, >Description levels.
Actuality of states of affairs: "it is the case that" (not actuality of propositions).
>Actuality, >Actual World.
The proposition is true if the state of affairs is actual.
Anyway, the state of affairs is not true because the proposition is true, but conversely.
Truth is secondary.
