Forms/Geometry/Objects/Ontology/Thiel: in the sense of geometry, forms are never given to us as independent objects, but always as forms of bodies or surfaces.
There are also "types" of forms (the expression is preferred to the word "shape") such as heart-shaped, egg-shaped, drop-shaped, wavy lines, horseshoe-shaped, like an alphabet.

For example, a spherical surface is commonly characterized as the totality of those in space who, seen from a point, have the same distance. So you need the concept of distance and equality of distance.
