 Callicles - Philosophy Dictionary of Arguments
 
Callicles (c. 484 – late 5th century BC), ancient Athenian political philosopher. He is best known for his appearance in Plato's dialogue Gorgias, where he challenges Socrates' view of justice and morality. Kallikles did not write any major works in the original language, as all we know about him comes from Plato's Gorgias. He mainly worked on political philosophy, ethics, morality, justice.
