Patricia Churchland (1943), Canadian-American philosopher of mind and neurophilosopher. Her major works include Neurophilosophy: Toward a Unified Science of the Mind/Brain (1986), The Computational Brain (1992), and Mind-Brain Continuum: Sensory Processes (1996). Her fields of specialization are neurophilosophy, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of neuroscience.
