Ancient Philosophy on Prejudice - Dictionary of Arguments

Gadamer I 276
Prejudice/Ancient Philosophy/Gadamer: (...) the criticism of the Enlightenment is primarily directed against the religious tradition of Christianity, i.e. the Holy Scriptures. >Prejudice/Enlightenment, >Prejudice/Gadamer, >Bible criticism.
Ancient Philosophy: The ancient Enlightenment, the fruit of which was Greek philosophy and its culmination in Sophism, was of a substantially different kind and therefore has allowed thinkers like Plato to convey the religious tradition and the dialectical way of philosophising in philosophical myths(1).
