Discoveries: A discovery is the act of finding or learning something for the first time. It can be something new and unknown, or it can be something that was previously known but has been forgotten or lost. In contrast to this, an Invention is the act of creating something new for the first time. See also Science, Progress Knowledge, Learning, Method, Creativity.
