Eugen von Böhm-Bawerk: Eugen von Böhm-Bawerk: Eugen von Böhm-Bawerk (1851–1914) was an Austrian economist and a leading figure in the Austrian School. His key works, Capital and Interest and The Positive Theory of Capital, analyzed capital, interest, and time preference.
