Simon Caney (1966), British professor of Political Theory at the University of Warwick and a member of the Nuffield Council on Bioethics. His major works include Justice Beyond Borders: A Global Political Theory (2005), Climate Change and the Future: Discounting for Time, Wealth and Risk (2009), and Just Responsibility for Climate Change: A Case for Historical Emissions (2011).
