His major works include Nudge: Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth, and Happiness (2008), Misbehaving: The Making of Behavioral Economics (2015), and Thaler's Rules: A Life in Behavioral Economics (2021). His fields of specialization are behavioral economics, microeconomics, and public economics.
