Jeffrey A. Gray (1934-2004), British psychologist. His major works include The Neuropsychology of Anxiety: An Enquiry into the Functions of the Limbic System (1972), The Psychology of Fear and Stress (1987), and Anxiety and Temperament: Individual Differences in Behaviour, Brain and Experience (1994). His fields of specialization were personality psychology, neuroscience, temperament, anxiety, and stress.
