We attach great importance to data protection. 2 General Use of the Website

2.1 Hosting

We use this protocol data without assignment to you or any profile creation for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and the optimization of our online offer, but also for the anonymous recording of the number of of visitors to our website (traffic) as well as the extent and type of use our website and services, as well as for billing purposes, in order to increase the number of clicks received by cooperation partners. On the basis of this information wecan provide personalized and site-related content and analyze traffic, troubleshoot and fix errors, and improve our services.
This is also our legitimate interest pursuant to Art 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR. We reserve the right to check the log data subsequently, if there are concrete indications that there is a justified suspicion of illegal use. IP addresses are stored in the logfiles for a limited period of time, if this is necessary for security purposes or for the provision or invoicing of a service, e.g. if you use one of our offers. After termination of the process of the order or after receipt of payment we delete the IP address, if this is no longer necessary for security purposes. We also store IP addresses then, if we have a concrete suspicion of a criminal offence in connection with its use of our website. When the cookie is activated, an identification number is assigned to it and an assignment of your personal data to this identification number will not be stored. 3 Your rights as a data subject

3.1 Right to confirmation and information

You have the right to receive confirmation from us at any time as to whether your personal data concerned are processed. If this is the case, you have the right to receive from us free of charge information about the data stored about you together with a copy of this data. Furthermoreyou have the right to the following information:
1) Processing purposes;
2) The categories of personal data being processed;
3) The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular for recipients in third countries or international organizations;
4) If possible, the planned duration for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining the duration;
5) The existence of a right to rectification or deletion of the data concerning you personal data or to the restriction of the processing by the persons responsible or a right of objection against such processing
6) The existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority;
7) If the personal data is not collected from you, all available information on the origin of the data;
8) The existence of automated decision making including profiling
in accordance with Article 22(1) and (4) GDPR and - at least in these cases - meaningful information about the logic involved as well as the scope and the the desired effects of such processing for you.
If personal data is transferred to a third country or an international organization you have the right to demand the appropriate guarantees in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR in connection with the transmission.

4.1 Right to correction

You have the right to request us to correct any inaccuracies concerning personal data from you without delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete data - also by means of a supplementary declaration.

4.2 Right to cancellation ("Right to oblivion")

Pursuant to Art. 17 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to demand that you personal data in question will be deleted immediately, and we are to delete personal data immediately, provided that one of the following reasons apply:
1) The personal data used for the purposes for which therewerestored or processed in any other way are no longer necessary.
2) You revoke your consent, to which the processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 applies.
1 a) GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 a) GDPR supported, and any other legal basis for processing.
3) File an objection against the processing pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, or you file an objection against the processing pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR.
4) The personal data have been processed unlawfully.
5) The deletion of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation required under Union law or the law of the Member States, to which we are subject.
6) The personal data have been collected in relation to services offered by the Information Society pursuant to Art. 8 para. 1 GDPR.
If we have made the personal data public and if we are in accordance with Art. 17 (1) GDPR, we are obliged to delete them, taking into account the technology and the costs of implementation, including appropriate measurements, also of a technical nature in order to ensure that those responsible for the processing of personal data are informed that you consent to the deletion of all links to personal data or copies or replications of such data.

4.3 Right to limitation of processing

You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your data if one of the following requirements are met: 1) The accuracy of the personal data is disputed by you, namely for a duration that allows us to verify the accuracy of personal data.
2) The processing is unlawful and you wish the personal data to be deleted and instead demanded to restrict the use of the requested personal data;
3) We no longer use personal data for processing purposes but you need the data to assert, exercise or defend your rights. of legal claims, or
4) You have filed an objection against the processing pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR as long as the justified reasons for our company to outweigh yours have not yet been determined.

4.4 Right to Data Transferability

You have the right to access the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format and you have the right to share this information with another person in charge without any hindrance by us, provided that
1)processing on a consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR or Art.
9 para. 2 a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) GDPR and
2)processing is carried out using automated methods. When exercising your right to data transferability under paragraph 1, you have the right to request that the personal data be transferred directly from us to another party responsible, as far as this is technically feasible.

4.5 Right of objection

You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, at any time against the processing of personal data relating to you, because of of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 e) or f) GDPR; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. We will not process the personal data data, unless we can provide compelling reasons that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms worthy of protection or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
If personal data are processed by us in order to carry out direct advertising, then you have the right to object at any time to the processing of data concerning you. This also applies toprofiling, as far as it is related to such direct advertising. You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to oppose the processing of personal data relating to you, which may lead to scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposespursuant to Art. 89 para. 1 of the GDPR, unless theprocessing is necessary to fulfil a task in the public interest.

4.6 Automated decisions including profiling

You have the right, not to be object of a decision, solely based on an automated processing - including profiling – which might have a legal effect on you or if it significantly impairs you in a similar manner. Automated decision making based on the data collected does not take place.

4.7 Right to revoke consent under data protection law

You have the right to revoke the consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.

4.8 Right of appeal to a supervisory authority

You have the right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your place of residence, of work or of the place of presumed employment, if you believe that the processing of the data concerning your personal data is illegal.

5 Data security

We are concerned about the security of your data within the scope of the applicable data protection laws, regulations andtechnical possibilities. Your personal data will be transmitted encrypted. This applies to your orders and also for the customer login. We use the SSL coding system (Secure Socket Layer), but point out that data transfer on the Internet (e.g. in the communication via e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of the datafrom access by third parties cannot be ensured.
To secure your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, which we regularly update in line with the state of the technology. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that our offer will be available at certain times; malfunctions, interruptions or failures cannot be excluded. The servers used by us are regularly and carefully secured.

6 Disclosure of data to third parties, no data transfer to non-EU countries

In principle, we only use your personal data within our company.
If and to the extent that we involve third parties in the performance of contracts (e.g. logistics service providers), these parties then receive this personal data only to the extent which requires the transmission for the corresponding service. In the event that we outsource certain parts of data processing ("order processing"), we contractually oblige contractors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject. Data transmission to places or persons outside the EU and outside the cases mentioned in section 2 does not take place and is not planned.
