Cosmological principle: The cosmological principle is the assumption that the universe is homogeneous and isotropic on large enough scales. This means that the average density of matter and energy is the same everywhere, and the universe looks the same in all directions. This allows cosmologists to make inferences about the universe as a whole based on their observations from Earth.

Bernulf Kanitscheider on Cosmological Principle - Dictionary of Arguments

I 186
Cosmological principle/Kanitscheider: The universe is everywhere the same at a certain time. ((s) Heuristic assumption to be able to make statements about the universe at all).
With the parameter t we can order all sections through the space-time (the homogeneous hypersurfaces) in such a way that worldwide an unambiguous earlier-later-relation can be established.
Hypersurfaces/Kanitscheider: Sections through space-time at a certain point in time, where the material quantities density and pressure and the physical geometry are everywhere the same.
Isotropy/Kanitscheider: moreover, it guarantees that a particle of the cosmic (ideal) fluid draws a world line which orthogonally traverses the hypersurface.
Thus, there is again a privileged reference frame here! For an observer swimming along, the universe has our structure, for a fast observer (e.g. 80 % c) there is an Allee effect: in the direction of motion, the galaxies come towards him, behind him they fly away from him.
Its world line is no longer perpendicular to the spatial sections through the space-time.
Coordinate system/Space-time/Substrate/Kanitscheider: The use of these models suggests a comobile (co-moving) coordinate system, in which a world-wide, absolute simultaneity is defined.

, >Relativity theory, >Models/Kanitscheider.
However, this is not a contradiction to the special relativity theory (SR), because here the universe with its limited movement possibility acts itself as synchronization instrument.
For clocks moving relative to the substrate, the special relativistic rate slowdown, which we know from local experiments, still applies. However, the proper times of all observers resting with respect to the flowing (expanding or contracting) substrate can be harmonically inserted into a cosmic time.
>Substrate.
