Illocutionary acts: An illocutionary act is the execution of an action with the expression of a linguistic expression. This can be the expression of an intention, a feeling, a conviction or a wish. Other forms of speech such as locutionary, perlocutionary or propositional acts must be distinguished from this. See also Speech Theory, Perlocutionary Acts._____________Annotation: The above characterizations of concepts are neither definitions nor exhausting presentations of problems related to them.
